My air bNb flooded a couple days before new renters were coming in. I called some friends who live in MT (I’m in CO) and they have me South Pacific Environmental’s number. It was later on Sunday afternoon and I left a message. Gary called me back within 10 minutes, arranged to meet the cleaners in 1/2 hour to get keys and provide an assessment. He was prompt, knowledgeable and a good communicator. He worked with my insurance adjuster and got the home dried, mold-free, ready to restore and put back into the rental market. I recommend them highly.

For capable, communicative, and confidence-instilling service, you can do no better than Gary Ashcraft when you have a frozen-pipe home disaster. Gary came out on Christmas day for us, to place fans and dehumidifiers. His prompt mitigation of the flood in our dining room/kitchen prevented mold from developing, and saved our flooring. He kept us apprised of the process and progress, set up the required sub-contractor work, assuaged our worry, and appropriately set our expectations.
